Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Kollectors, a photo sharing site and community moderated collectibles exchange. By creating an account, uploading content, sharing a link, or participating in an exchange, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Your Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for what you upload, post, share, message, list, offer, trade, sell, buy, or exchange through Kollectors.
• You must have all rights and permissions needed for any photos, descriptions, data, or other material you share.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, taxes, shipping rules, platform rules, and any obligations connected to your collectibles or exchanges.
• You are responsible for evaluating other users, collectibles, descriptions, authenticity, condition, value, safety, payment, delivery, and exchange terms.

Community Exchange

Kollectors provides tools for sharing media and coordinating a community moderated collectibles exchange. Kollectors is not a broker, auctioneer, dealer, payment processor, escrow provider, insurer, authenticator, appraiser, or party to user exchanges. We do not currently take commissions on exchanges.

Any exchange is between the participating users. Kollectors is not liable for user-posted content, user conduct, collectible authenticity, payment disputes, shipping issues, taxes, losses, damages, or failed exchanges.

Acceptable Use

• Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive, exploitative, private, or non-consensual content.
• Do not misrepresent collectibles, ownership, authenticity, condition, provenance, price, identity, or exchange terms.
• Do not upload malware, scrape the service without permission, interfere with security, spam users, evade moderation, or misuse APIs.
• Do not use Kollectors to exchange prohibited, regulated, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous, or illegal items.

Community Moderation

Kollectors may use community moderation and administrative review to hide, remove, restrict, label, preserve, or report content or accounts. We may act with or without notice when we believe content, conduct, or an exchange may violate these Terms, create risk, harm the community, or affect service integrity.

Your Content and License

You keep whatever ownership rights you have in your content. By uploading, posting, sharing, or exchanging content or data on Kollectors, you grant Kollectors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, display, transmit, format, moderate, analyze, index, transform, create derivative works from, and otherwise use that content and data to operate, secure, improve, promote, and develop Kollectors and related products.

This license includes the right to use content, metadata, collection records, exchange data, and other information shared on Kollectors to create derived datasets, analytics, models, indexes, tools, services, reports, or other products. Those derived products may have commercial uses, even though Kollectors does not currently charge commissions on exchanges.

No Guarantees

Kollectors is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, preservation of content, successful exchanges, user identity, collectible authenticity, valuation, legality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kollectors and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, exchange losses, payment losses, shipping losses, or damages arising from user content, user conduct, or collectibles exchanged through the service.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, remove content, revoke access tokens, or limit features at any time if we believe it is necessary to protect users, Kollectors, the community, or the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kollectors after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
