Overview

Kollectors is a photo sharing site and community moderated collectibles exchange. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information when you create an account, upload photos, describe collectibles, share albums, or participate in exchanges.

Do not upload, post, share, or exchange anything you do not have the right to share, or anything you do not want used as described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Account information, such as username, email address, authentication details, invite status, and account settings.
User content, such as photos, album names, collectible descriptions, tags, notes, public share links, exchange details, comments, messages, and other material you post or share.
Technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, log data, session tokens, passkey metadata, API usage, upload metadata, and security events.
Community and moderation information, such as reports, moderation decisions, visibility settings, deleted or hidden content records, and trust or safety signals.

How We Use Information

To operate Kollectors, including accounts, uploads, albums, sharing, exchange features, authentication, support, security, and abuse prevention.
To moderate the community, investigate reports, enforce the Terms of Service, and protect users and the service.
To communicate with you about account access, invites, verification, resets, service changes, and safety issues.
To analyze, improve, and develop Kollectors features, APIs, tools, search, matching, and collection-management workflows.
To create derived data, datasets, indexes, analytics, models, services, tools, reports, or other products based on information and content shared on Kollectors. These derived products may have commercial uses, even though Kollectors does not currently charge commissions on exchanges.

Sharing and Visibility

Content you make public, share by link, or exchange with another user may be seen, saved, copied, or reshared by others.
We may share information with service providers who help us host, store, deliver email, secure, analyze, or operate Kollectors.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to enforce our terms.
We may share aggregated, de-identified, transformed, or derived information and products with partners, customers, researchers, or the public, including for commercial purposes.

Your Choices

You can choose what to upload, what to make public, and what to share by link or exchange with other users.
You can update account settings and remove or hide certain content where the service provides those controls.
You can request account or content deletion by contacting us. Some information may remain where needed for security, moderation, legal compliance, backups, or records of completed exchanges.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate Kollectors, provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, improve the service, develop derived products, or comply with legal obligations. Backup copies and moderation records may remain for a limited time after deletion from active views.

Children

Kollectors is not intended for children under 13. Do not use Kollectors if you are not old enough to consent to these terms in your location.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting an updated policy or sending a service notice.
